Westin Hotels adds the popular training method to more than 200 of its properties
Well-being will undoubtedly continue to be a big trend in the hospitality industry in 2018, and Westin Hotels & Resorts are trying to get a jump on the competition by teaming up with TRX in a global partnership that will see the training program rolled out to over 200 WestinWORKOUT fitness studios.

Starting in January, WestinWORKOUT fitness studios will feature a selection of new equipment including the TRX Suspension Trainer which uses standard movements — push, pull, plank, rotate, hinge, lunge and squat — to build total-body strength.
The brands have come together to make it easier than ever for guests to use TRX equipment by introducing fresh, curated content by way of the new dynamic TRX App, including a custom pre-run workout that offers Westin Run Concierges the chance to enhance group runs and use TRX equipment available in the hotels. The app also has in-ear audio coaching that reacts in real-time with training tips based on the users biometric data, the TRX App now features a selection of free instructional videos led by TRX Master Instructors designed to make it easy for travelers to keep up with their fitness routines while traveling.

With custom workouts created specifically for travelers targeting such issues as jetlag, stress and sitting for extended periods on an airplane or in the office, Westin and TRX enable guests to regain control of their wellness routines and be their best while on the road.
