The ART, a hotel, to give it its full title, is a relatively new addition to the city that offers something different from many of the other luxury Denver hotels.

Bringing contemporary design and art together, the ART isn’t exactly a unique concept, but it does a good job of blending the two. With two galleries that spill art into the hallways and guest rooms, the art isn’t on show, rather it is part of the fabric of the property.

With a prime location in the Colorado capital within walking distance to, ampng other places, Denver Art Museum, the Colorado Convention Center, LoDo and Union Station, Denver Botanic Gardens, and the Pepsi Center for concerts.

Guests are welcomed by a light art installation by American artist Leo Villareal as well as a collection gathered by longtime Denver Art Museum curator Dianne Vanderlip.
The comfortable rooms at the ART are decked out in a contemporary style and come with original works of art - obviously.

FIRE is the in-house restaurant and lounge. The food is good and the terrace is a great place for a drink downtown when the sun is shining.
