Chef Pierre Gagnaire will return to his two-Michelin-starred restaurant Pierre at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong from 6 to 11 June in order to launch a wine pairing menu.

Using the best produce of the season, Chef Gagnaire together with Jacky Tauvry, Chef de Cuisine of Pierre, will showcase a five-course menu (see below).
The menu will be available for dinner only from 6 to 10 June HKD1,998* per person, alongside Pierre’s seasonal à la carte menu. The chef will be present for both lunch and dinner throughout his whole visit.

To complement the new menu, guests may choose a selection of three highly sought after French wines, each carefully selected by Chef Gagnaire and the hotel’s Head Sommelier, Hubert Chabot, for an additional HKD1,500 to the dinner pricing. Domaine de La Vougeraie from Burgundy, Château Duhart Milon from Bordeaux, and Domaine du Clos Naudin from the Loire Valley are three wines chosen from some of Chef Gagnaire's favourite wineries in his home country and are designed to create a balance between their characteristics and the refreshing flavours of the new dishes.
