Six Senses Zil Pasyon, located on the private island of Félicité, is now open.
Located amongst a picturesque landscape that includes vistas of the ocean and surrounding islands, the small hotel offers 28 one-bedroom pool villas and two two-bedroom pool villas.
Several dining venues are on offer including The Island Café, inspired by flavors from the spice route; Lakanbiz, which offers a selection of flavored and aged rums in a true-to-life pirate’s lair; and the meat-free restaurant Ocean Kitchen, where the catch of the day is but one of the organic dishes on offer; and the poolside Koko Bar. Guests seeking a more formal experience can visit the Wine Vault for a bespoke private dinner. In addition, every villa offers a variety of dining settings.
Six Senses Spa is located atop majestic rock formations close to the ocean and will open in January. Other facilities include an elongated infinity pool offering views of the surrounding islands with the ocean’s waves breaking over a rock wall, three white sand beaches, Trouloulou villa for children, a gym with on-site personal trainer, cooking classes, treasure hunts, the brand's signature cinema beneath the stars and a library.
Right off the resort’s beach, guests have the opportunity to swim with turtles and the resort’s Experience Center has all the equipment that is required for water activities, including dive excursions around the island. Six Senses hosts can arrange private fishing trips and visits to neighboring islands by boat, hiking in the Coco de Mer Valley, which is a popular excursion for landlubbers, or climbs to the top of the hill to Sunset Point for magnificent nightfall experiences.
It is a 20-minute helicopter journey to Félicité or approximately 30 nautical miles (55 kilometers) northeast of the Seychelles International Airport, which is located on the main island of Mahé.
Rates start at EUR 1,200 per night inclusive of breakfast, tax and service charge.
