Grace Jones to Perform in Bali

American musician, model and actress Grace Jones is heading to the 'Island of the Gods' this October. Taking place over the long weekend, the pop culture and music icon will be staging an intimate performance at Potato Head Beach Club Bali.

Since the early ’70s Grace Jones has done everything from playing Bond Girl May Day to strutting the latest Yves St. Laurent fashions on the runway. By adapting the then-emerging New Wave and Post Disco genres Jones moved along to music, creating a distinctive style all of her own. Her first recordings “Warm Leatherette” and “Nightclubbing” included original tracks such as the anthemic “Pull Up To The Bumper” alongside creative, out-of-the-box takes on popular songs such as Sting’s “Demolition Man”, Iggy Pop and David Bowie’s “Nightclubbing” and Roxy Music’s “Love is the Drug”.
