Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel to Host World Gourmet Festival

Tastebuds, be prepared to be titillated, as a host of award-winning chefs, winemakers and food experts from around the globe are getting ready to convene in Bangkok for the 17th World Gourmet Festival, set to be held from Sep 19 to 25 at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel.
The 17th rendition will welcome an impressive lineup of guests that includes Chef Kanesaka Shinji of Shinji by Kanesaka - Raffles Singapore ( 2 Michelin Star); Chef Mauro Colagrecoof Mirazur in Menton, France ( 2 Michelin Star); Chef Anthony Genovese of Il Pagliaccio, Rome – Italy ( 2 Michelin Star); Chef Hideaki Sato of Ta Vie, Hong Kong (1 Michelin Star); Chef Marco Stabile of Ora d'Aria at Florence, Italy (1 Michelin Star); Chef Josean Alija of Nerua Restaurant from Guggenehim Museum of Bilbao, Spain (1 Michelin Star); Chef Ana Ros of Hiša Franko in Kobarid, Slovenia; Chef Dharshan Munidasa of Ministry of Crab – Colombo, Sri Lanka; and freelancing Chef Bobby Chinn from Hanoi.
Each guest chef will host two evenings in one of the hotel’s award-winning restaurants. The World Gourmet Brunch - one of the most popular events of the festival - will take place on the last day of the event, Sunday, 25 September.
For guests looking to get the most out of the weekend, a package is on offer which includes overnight accommodation in a deluxe view room, access to Kasara lounge (including buffet breakfast and evening canapés) and tickets to any selected World Gourmet Festival excluding the Japanese dinner. Packages start at THB 23,900 for two people.
