One of our favorite Hong Kong restaurants has just launched a new weekday happy hour - giving us yet another excuse to duck out of the office early on Friday afternoon! The new happy hour at Classified is every Monday-Friday from 5:30pm - 8:30pm, and for HK$30 you can quaff a selection of house wines, house spirits, and Asahi bottled beer.

Still trying to work off a few post-vacation pounds? Non-alcoholic choices include Classified’s popular superfood smoothies: wheatgrass & pineapple (organic wheatgrass powder, pineapple, avocado, honey, fresh apple juice, lime juice), berry-licious protein (mixed berries, banana, organic hemp seeds, organic bee pollen, Growing Naturals organic vanilla rice protein powder), and açaí & coconut (almond milk, organic frozen açaí, organic coconut oil, mixed berries).

Lazy summer afternoons can be whiled away over an afternoon tea set with the girls, available Monday-Friday from 3:00pm-6:00pm. For HK$58, enjoy a slice of fluffy home-made cake with regular coffee or tea, or a decadent choice of three bite-sized desserts with beverage for HK$72* at select Classified locations.

Another Hong Kong favorite, The Pawn, has extended its weekend brunch offerings with the new “Botanicals Brunch." Feast on a two-course meal at the 1/F Botanicals bar for HK$288 per person, or HK$150 for children aged 12 or under. The selection includes starters to share, such as Baked beets, dried thyme quinoa, and Treacle cured salmon, potato pancakes and horseradish. For mains, guests select from a choice of poached eggs on muffin with coronation hollandaise, grilled sirloin with grilled gem lettuce and hazelnut gribiche sauce, a flat iron chicken with tarragon and parsley gremolata, or a full English breakfast.
