Situated on the southern tip of the island, The St. Regis Langkawi promotes itself as being an idyllic paradise where tranquility meets refinement. Panoramic Suites
The two St. Regis Langkawi’s Panoramic Suites are tastefully designed with a myriad of sophisticated touches. The suites open up to living and dining areas, spacious bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and master bedroom. An inviting sanctuary, the Panoramic Suites boast breathtaking views of Langkawi – with the azure waters of the Andaman and the lush surrounds of rainforest vegetation setting the scene for an indelible stay.
With natural light streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows that surround the suite, the calming hues of taupe and sand are offset by dark mahogany stained floors under plush, deep-pile carpeting. Beyond the glass sliding doors is the outdoor terrace which present ample opportunities to take in the tranquil beauty of the destination - an ideal spot for watching the sunset while sipping icy beverages or enjoying unhurried puffs of a fine cigar.
The Panoramic Suites’ master bedroom is an inviting area with a four-poster bed topped off with the finest bedding and linens. Adjacent is a spacious walk-in wardrobe. Ensconced by Crema Bianco marble walls, the bathroom features a Grey Marquina marble double vanity, whilst a separate large rain shower and the centrepiece double-ended bathtub promises complete rejuvenation.
Penthouse Suites
The two Penthouse Suites are loftily perched at the top of the resort’s main tower and comes complete with a living area which features a 6-seater dining table adjacent to a pantry area, as well as plush sofa seating finished in designer upholstery.
Through the floor-to-ceiling panelled glass doors from the living area is the vast expanse of a wrap-around balcony, affording breathtaking vistas of far-reaching islands scattered across the Andaman’s horizon. Flanked by lush forest greenery on either side, the terrace balcony proffers the perfect vantage point to view The St. Regis Langkawi’s evening torch lighting ritual.
The master bedroom features a luxuriously adorned king-sized four-poster bed, dressed in St. Regis linens and feather down bedding. Across the dark-stained timber-floored bedroom is a fully marbled sanctum of rejuvenation, with a stand-alone bathtub for a pampering soak and a separate rain shower chamber with dual vanity sinks and Remède bath amenities.
Adjoining walk-in wardrobes are capacious enough to accommodate a three-paneled dressing table stocked with refined amenities and to retain your resort wear, all unpacked, pressed and hung by the St. Regis Butlers who are on hand to anticipate every need and to ensure an unforgettable stay.
Presidential Suite
The opulent Presidential Suite epitomises lavish living. Located on the penthouse floor of the resort hotel’s main tower, this suite features well-appointed décor complimented by vibrant abstract art.
The expansive living area is complete with a cosy sitting room, accentuated with plush sofa and armchair seating for 10 guests and piled with cushions clad in vividly coloured designer fabrics. Perfect for private soirées and entertainment, the spacious living area also adjoins a sitting parlour and guest bathroom.
Central to the grand dining room adjacent to the living area is a long, ten-seat dining table, perfect for hours of entertaining with exquisite meals prepared by St. Regis Masterchefs. A nearby kitchenette comes fully stocked with gourmet coffees and teas, as well as a refrigerator of chilled drinks.
Beyond the dining room glass-panelled doors is an outdoor terrace that wraps around the entire suite, with breath-taking views of the stunning tropical landscape and islands scattered across the sparkling Andaman Sea. Outdoor seating and sun deck chairs allow for time spent languidly enjoying the picture-perfect view, day or night.
Underscoring the refinement is the bedroom wing of this generously proportioned suite. The grand master bedroom is thoughtfully finished with the finest St. Regis bedding and soft down pillows on a king sized four-poster bed, to assure restorative sleep in luxuriant comfort.
