Nothing says summer quite like an ice cold G&T enjoyed amongst lush tropical gardens under the shade of crisp white parasols, and redesigned Ebony restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou offers just that.

The newly unveiled look not only offers an updated and elegant dining room, but also a new gin bar, JIN at Ebony, where guests can quaff some of the finest gins mixed and topped with their choice of tonics and garnishes. Not a G&T fan? The bar also offers a range of house-infused gins, such as Ginseng and Mandarin Oolong, as well as a list of cocktails. Head over for happy hour (5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) to enjoy free flow gin cocktails, which come with two snacks.

After a few cheeky cocktails head into the dining room to sample locally- and sustainably- sourced beef and seafood as you watch chefs in action in the newly extended open kitchens.

Friday night barbecue buffet dinners and Churrasco nights on Saturdays are a great way to celebrate on weekends, while a semi-buffet lunch is available on weekdays as an ideal venue for a business lunch or a girls get together.
