Whisky Blending at The First Floor

Until the end of July, guests who spend HK$800 or more during dinner at The First Floor by Lifestyle Federation will be treated to a complimentary whisky blending experience. After learning about the four important steps of whisky appreciation - look, nose, palate and aftertaste - patrons will experience the work of a Master Blender by creating their own personalised 50 ml blend from five whiskies with distinctive characteristics: Base, Sherry, Ex-Bourbon, Virgin Oak , and Peaty. In addition, The First Floor presents a new set lunch menu that features a selection of exquisite dishes such as Lobster Carpaccio with Mascarpone Crème and French Caviar, Seafood Squid Ink Risotto with Chorizo, as well as Lime Cream with Apple Compote and Mojito Sorbet. The menu is priced at HK$340 for three courses and HK$410 for four courses.
