Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa Offers Exciting Excursions

Photo: Built on a cliff overlooking the fishing village of Port Soller, Jumeirah Port Soller offers 121 sea or mountain-facing rooms and suites offering stunning bay views.
On 18 March Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa reopens and will unveil a series of ‘Unique Experiences’ to help guests discover Mallorca’s distinctive culture, cuisine, scenery, wildlife and local produce.

Photo: Birdwatching tours, Harley Davidson tours, private speedboat trips and wine tastings will be on offer at the resort.
The Harley Davidson tour allows guests to experience the Balearic island as they ride through the Tramuntana Mountains. Alternatively, admire the views from above with a heli-hiking experience which involves a 20-minute helicopter ride, followed by a hike along one of Mallorca’s most scenic coastal trails to a secluded cove. The trip is rounded off with a swim and lunch, before heading back to the hotel by private speedboat.
Foodies can visit the nearby orange co-operative, managed by local farmers, to try their hand at marmalade-making or hike to the picturesque town of Banyalbufar which includes wine tasting en route. Early risers can venture into the Soller Mountains to learn about olive-growing, before sitting down for a traditional local breakfast.
For those seeking to explore the local culture, Jumeirah Port Soller can arrange day tours to Palma’s art galleries and museums - including the Joan Miró Foundation, Es Baluard Museum and Caixa Forum Foundation; as well as lesser-known private studios.
Guests can also take a private speedboat to the Cabrera National Park - an island off the coast of Mallorca which offers historical sites, crystal-clear waters, marine caves and snorkelling in the summer months.
Birdwatching enthusiasts can take a guided two-hour walking tour around the northern coast of Mallorca, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
