The fourth instillation of Art Basel is set to take place at the end of the month and the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will once again be the official hotel partner of the art show. As previous years, the hotel will offer a slew of art-themed gastronomic delights which include a themed afternoon tea. Created by the hotel’s executive chef, the tea set was inspired by a selection of pieces which will be on exhibit in the Clipper Lounge until April 12. The afternoon tea will be available between Mar 7 and Mar 28.

M bar, located on the 25th floor of the hotel affording great views of Hong Kong, will offer a series of crafted cocktails which were inspired by the insights, discoveries, encounters and film sectors of Art Basel Hong Kong. The Film cocktail (served in a Canon camera lens) is made with Buffalo Trace bourbon, espresso, tawny port, vanilla and chocolate bitters. The menus and cocktails will be available from Mar 14 to Mar 27.
On top of offering themed cocktails, afternoon teas, lunch and dinner menus the hotel will also be offering ‘art stays’ between Mar 19 and 29 which include access to Art Basel, breakfast, a welcome bottle of Champagne and art chocolates.
