Longines Masters Descends on Hong Kong

Fans of elite equestrianism should be sure to mark this weekend in your diary as the Longines Masters of Hong Kong 2016 lands this Friday in Hong Kong.
Set to take place at the AsiaWorld-Expo, the weekend-long event will offer Michelin-starred dining, an exclusive after party and a ‘prestige village,’ for the adults and a ‘kids’ village’ for young horse lovers.
Gourmands will want to check out the dining tables at the VIP Masters Club which come courtesy of Chef Yves Mattagne who heads two Michelin-starred restaurant Sea Grill in Brussels. The prestige village offers an option for horse lovers who also enjoy being pampered. The village has contemporary art on show, saddleries showcasing the latest riding apparel, Champagne and wine tastings, live cooking demonstrations and fine food outlets. Saturday Feb. 20 will feature French house DJ Cassius at the prestige village after party.
Fashionistas can peruse the latest collections from Massimo Dutti and Shanghai Tang, and of course Longines will unveil the official watch of the Longines Masters of Hong Kong. There will also be a Shanghai Tang Polo Cup Tournament with a House of Dancing Water show set to take place on Sunday. If nothing else it will be interesting to see how the troupe incorporates water into their performance!
