Chinese New Year is just around the corner. Looking for an authentic way to celebrate? We’ve rounded up ten traditional menus worth checking out. And stay tuned to hear about the festivities on offer!

The new promotion at Beijing Kitchen pays homage to Dongbei, the northeast region of China, where the locals celebrate the end of the Lunar New Year with a pork feast. An a la carte menu with dishes utilizing nearly every part of the pig is on offer. If stir-fried pig tails or blood sausage doesn’t sound appealing, we highly recommend the braised pork ribs with potatoes, green beans and a steamed bun top. The braised pork cheek in soy sauce is also good but it is presented with the rest of the face so isn’t for the faint of heart.
