LK Property Group Introduces Capitol Grand

Australia’s luxury residential developers LK Property Group have partnered with architectural firm Bates Smart to introduce Capitol Grand, the first six-star luxury residential and retail development in Melbourne. Located in affluent South Yarra, just 4 kilometers from the CBD, penthouses in the prestigious residents are expected to cap a record-breaking AUD25 million.
Two 50-story residential towers will be linked by a retail center which will include upscale dining and entertainment offerings. Brought together as two elliptical forms designed to compliment the abundant Australia sun, the residential towers are meant to rival luxury housing in New York, Shanghai and London.
Facilities will include an extensive rooftop green area dotted with sheltered cabana houses, a club lounge which will offer a retreat for residents and guests, a 25-meter pool, a fitness and spa area, and even luxury car garaging.
The retail phase will be the first stage of the development and will be completed in 2017 with initial construction of the residential phase starting early next year.
