Items on the menu include salmon sashimi with truffle filled egg and asparagus; lobster soup with abalone ravioli; poached garoupa; and a “grand” dessert. If you would like to treat mom to a heartier meal, you may want to consider the six-course dinner menu (MOP1,888+ for four people). Conrad is offering a pampering spa retreat package (MOP2,100++) for mothers at Bodhi Spa throughout May. The two-hour treatment starts with a 60-minute signature massage using a blend of aromatherapy oil that mom gets to choose and ends with an Absolute Hydration Facial. Mom will leave the spa feeling refreshed and energized and with a special gift from Thalgo as well. Spoil your mère to a tres chic day at MGM’s Aux Beaux Arts with a four-course brunch (MOP588+ each) on May 10. The meal begins with an amuse bouche followed by a choice of appetizer and soup. The main entree is saffron risotto with green asparagus, parmesan tuile and orange reduction. Bergamot tart with yogurt sorbet will end the decadent meal. If mom enjoys a bit of spice, try Banyan Tree’s Thai restaurant Saffron. The Mother’s Day set menu (MOP698+ for two) is on offer until May 10. The 80-minute treatment (MOP1,070++) begins with a 30-minute body scrub which uses a mixture of rose body wash and olive pit and is followed by a 50-minute Swedish massage using Aromatherapy Associates renewing rose body oil.
