The weather is starting to cool down and there is a feeling of Christmas in the air. One of our favorite things about the holiday season is the opportunity to spend time with friends and family, and what better way to do this than over a festive tipple or two. We’ve rounded up some seasonal offerings from restaurants and hotels in Macau and Hong Kong so all you have to do is don your seasons’ best and get sipping.

Perhaps the first winter drink that springs to mind is mulled wine, the soothing cure-all tonic for cold-weather maladies. At Aberdeen Street Social diners have the opportunity to try a glass on the house (each additional glass HK$110). Conveniently located in the trendy PMQ, this offers the chance to get some holiday shopping done before rewarding yourself with a Christmas-themed dinner and a few glasses of mulled wine. Made from bar manager Neil Rivington’s secret recipe, this festive offering is available from December 1st to Boxing Day.
